Billy McAlpine of Bulwark in North Las Vegas is an exceptional pest control technician whose skills, proactive attitude, and customer service exceed any pest control technician I have ever experienced in all of my years in Las Vegas. Bulwark should be proud to call him an employee. I have acknowledged Billy before in CitySearch, so he has provided consistently outstanding service in the years I have been with Bulwark. He strives to successfully eliminate the nasty critters that drive me nuts and even scare me, and is thorough in his applications and patient in his explanations of the process. Always sprays really well outside. Never have complaints. I had a mouse before in the house but when Sione came he took care of them all.

Jason Brundy was great today, all their techs are nice but he took a ton of time treating the yard and indoors, set glue traps all over for scorpions, and offered a free follow up in two weeks. This company really is great – reliable, effective, responsive and friendly. They’ve always worked around my schedule and been totally professional. I wish more companies cared about their customers like this one does. Highly recommended.
